I am a publicly appointed and sworn building expert from northern Germany and am looking for software for my office to create building damage reports. The software should be designed in such a way that work can be done on one project in the back office while work can be done on other projects from my workplace. The software should be ready for use in the near future. Two workstations - a PC and a laptop with a terminal and a shared hard drive for storing projects.

The software we are looking for should meet the following requirements, among others:

  • Create building damage reports
  • Defect reports for building damage
  • Time tracking, optional
  • Documentation (text, photos)
  • Billing according to German Judicial Remuneration and Compensation Act, nice to have
  • Support for mobile devices (tablet, Android)
  • A local solution is preferred

One to two software workstations are planned.
