We are an engineering firm and are looking for software for time management and project (time) management. The central element here, the focus, is our projects, as we work in the field of IT services, i.e., on a time and material basis.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Project time allocation/recording by employees (at least as with the existing project management solution)
  • One-click evaluation for the creation of billable project reports (accurate to 0.25 hours) – as a CI-compliant PDF
  • Including time management for the evaluation of presence and absence, illness, vacation; contractual basis (such as vacation entitlements, time off, HR information)
  • Preferably connection to WaWi (under development) for creating invoices and connection to CRM, calendar function (synchronization of absences after approval)
  • Daily “warnings” for unplanned absences - Daily evaluation option
  • Evaluation of “status of work in progress” (goods and services not yet invoiced) - updated daily
  • Basis for expense-related monthly billing
  • Connection to existing CRM, ERP, and DATEV for invoicing
  • Data protection - GDPR-compliant
  • Preferably using the in-house server
  • License-expandable
  • Additional if necessary

25 + 5 (flexibly bookable) software workstations are planned.

Based on the specific requirements, the following solutions can be considered:

Projektron BCS - Web-based project management software
myPARM - Multi-project management software
