Engineering firm seeks software for project and human resources management

We work as construction supervisors and project managers for the client on site at the construction site. We are therefore looking for software to manage our own human resources across the project.

We are a small company with 10-15 projects per year of varying sizes. Our projects have a duration of 3 months to 3 years. We currently use MS Excel for rough and detailed planning (***we would be happy to provide a sample***).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Project and personnel resource management
• Rough planning
• for the resources required for each project
• Consideration of the fact that different personnel resources are required at different times
• A subdivision into different time periods, for example 0.3 persons / 2.0 persons /... would be useful
• Rough assignment of personnel to projects – an employee is often involved in several projects
• Detailed planning
• As a deployment plan, shift plan
• Each measure always involves periods of very intensive support
• For these periods, we then need a deployment plan, shift plan for each measure

If possible, this should be plannable in software. Perhaps with the option of time recording, if useful.

• App not necessary
• Interface to our business management software is not essential

Two admin workstations are planned for software workstations. (We have 7-10 employees to be managed).
