Engineering firm seeks portal solution

We are a project-driven engineering firm for plant and mechanical engineering based in southern Germany and are looking for customer portal software that enables the exchange of information between us and our customers. We may also require IT services to create a customer portal solution. Our company offers engineering services in the field of mechanical engineering, in particular development, design, construction, and all types of CAD services for plants, individual and special-purpose machines and their components, tools, and fixtures. Our target group is companies in the mining, smelting, and foundry industries.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• On-demand information (invoices and technical documentation with spare parts lists), upload invoices
• Generation of inquiries based on spare parts lists
• Also with self-service functions, e.g., the customer can update their contact details
• Access data, rights system, user management
• Connection to future ERP
• Web-based (e.g., cloud)

Two software workstations are planned. The system will run on MS Windows.
