We are looking for a PDF sending tool for our engineering office that allows us to send PDF files to email recipients with a choice of standard texts for both the subject line and the content. This process is then archived. An email program does not seem suitable for this purpose, as different people should be able to initiate the sending of emails from a “sender email” address.
The management of potential email recipients could also be carried out with the appropriate tool. Other typical CRM functions, such as lead management, invoicing, product management, etc., are NOT required.
Five software workstations are required.
