Distribution company seeks merchandise management program with online connection to homepage

We are looking for a merchandise management program with an online connection to our website for our wholesale company (hi-fi accessories), which can also be used for online trading at a later date.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Various price scales (currently 1-9), quantity prices
• Customer-specific special prices
• Discount matrix
• Online stock enquiries
• Online stock notifications to customers
• Interfaces to the tax office (for financial accounting), MS Excel, connection to DHL and DPD
• Extensive, prepared lists and forms that can be easily adapted
• Integration of special functions as required
• Data transfer, form and list adaptation by software providers from our software
• Multi-client capable (2 clients)
• Future-oriented
• Affordable hotline
• A regional provider or a national provider with a partner in the tenderer's region would be desirable.

Eight workstations are planned.
