Defense industry company seeks surcharge-based product costing

We are a defense industry company and are currently conducting a non-binding market survey to determine whether our current calculation method or software for surcharge-based product calculation could be improved.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Surcharge-based product costing with adjustment options, e.g., with regard to price adjustments and resulting adjustments to contribution margins
• Setup of a new database for costing; e.g., evaluation or analysis of differences between different calculations
• Standardization of costing
• Standard costing framework with flexibly adjustable variables
• Approval loops, as the costing goes through various approval stages; accordingly, export or forwarding must be possible.
• Licensing model
• Cost
• Data
• Possible interfaces to SAP

Approximately ten software workstations are required for costing.
