Craft business seeks craftsman software (building materials trade)

We are a craft business (carpentry) and deal in building components, conservatories, patio roofs, windows, doors, folding glass walls, and awnings, which we also deliver and install. We also manufacture custom products and offer tailor-made solutions. We are looking for suitable commercial craftsman software for the commercial processing and handling of our business processes.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Create individual products with predefined text modules
• Integrate graphics, CAD drawings, and images of our products
• Integration of documentation, especially photos, photo management
• Article management
• Storage and management of supplier data and documents
• Invoicing
• Quotations
• Order confirmation
• Delivery notes
• Invoices
• Open item management, reminders
• Simple, uncomplicated handling (we are a small business)
• Interface to MS Excel and MS Word
• Optional interface to existing CAD software

The measurement and financial accounting features are not necessary.

It is also not essential that mobile devices are supported.

One to two software workstations are planned. Work is carried out in a client-server network with MS Windows.
