Craft business seeks assembly planning

We are a southern German craft business in the field of building components, offering consulting, sales, installation, and customer service, and we are looking for suitable software for our installation planning.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Installation control
• Scheduling - appointments can be set as fixed dates AND calendar weeks
• Employee deployment
• Order categories must be differentiated
• Installation
• Complaints
• Customer service
• Orders should be created as a kind of ticket with the estimated order duration and number of employees required
• Employees should be able to be flexibly assigned to planned orders
• Access rules and rights assignment
• Document management – possibly also a complete DMS system in the future
• Local or web-based

We work with a manufacturer-specific ERP system WITHOUT an interface (orders must therefore be created manually in the planning tool as a kind of ticket).

At software workstations, one workstation is intended for writing/editing and ten workstations are for reading only. We work with MS Windows systems.
