Contract laboratory seeks laboratory information management system (LIMS)

We are a contract laboratory in southern Germany and are looking for a laboratory information management system (LIMS) for our new laboratory, which is currently under construction. We would like to carry out sample analysis using spectrophotometry and prepare medical devices. A certain degree of solution production and raw material management is also necessary, but everything is on a very small scale. In terms of scope, we are looking at up to 3 employees and 20 raw materials with 10 solutions. A certain audit trail should be in place, as we are aiming for ISO 17025 accreditation and batch documentation and process documentation are very important. Therefore, we need everything from cleaning and sterilization certificates for medical devices to production traceability and batch documentation. Since everything is required on a small scale in terms of quantity and we are not a large company, professional LIMS programs with a purchase price of 50,000 euros and annual fees of 10,000 euros are simply not desirable.
