Construction company seeks HR software (personnel development)

We are a manufacturing company in the construction industry and are looking for HR software that focuses on personnel development in the HR area.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Recruiting
• Talent management
• Tools such as job descriptions and employee evaluations
• In-house solution, complete purchase of software, and option to manage data on our own server
• Option to integrate existing software, such as personnel resource planning software
• Windows-compatible

Approximately five software workstations are planned.
