We are a renowned confectionery manufacturer and are looking for maintenance software (IPS and CMMS) for our company to be used in production and in our own printing plant.

• Management of additional documents
• Logbook function
• Maintenance planning by time
• Maintenance planning by meter
• Fault reports
• Mobile data collection
• Interface to the ERP system
• Failure analysis
• Comparisons of planned times/actual times
• Layout designer
• Approval of orders
• Hierarchy Approval of orders
• Inspection of systems requiring monitoring
• Monitoring of systems requiring monitoring
• Storage of test reports
• Must work on mobile devices
• Must run in parallel at two locations
• Cost factor – price-performance ratio must be right
• MS Excel has been used in this area to date

Three full licenses are required and six technicians are to be given mobile access.
