Commercial vehicle and steel construction company seeks HR software

We are a commercial vehicle and steel construction company and are looking for HR software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Payroll accounting – approx. 300 employees to be accounted for
• Digital personnel files
• Document management (DMS), e.g. for certificates of incapacity for work
• Travel expense accounting (for field staff)
• Data transfer from third-party time recording software
• Data transfer to the ERP (including financial accounting, cost accounting) via interface
• Optional applicant management
• Optional employee portal (e.g., employees can enter their new home address when they move or view their own payroll statements)
• Network license, i.e., on-premises, if possible
• Modular design preferred

Three to five software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
