Civil engineer seeks rental software

We are a civil engineering company specializing in technical infrastructure equipment. We are looking for rental software. We have around 200-300 different items available. The total number of items is approximately 2,000. For each transaction, around 5-10 different items are rented out to subcontractors. In the medium term, we also plan to use an inventory solution that will record all of our assets and equipment, such as furniture, technical goods, tools, power outlets, etc.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Record the items in our warehouse on site using a tablet camera - or, if necessary, a handheld scanner at a later date
• Create a rental agreement with a deposit from this information
• Deposit management
• Add photos to document the item, if necessary
• Database listing all items with their current data
• Multi-warehouse capable
• User-friendly, easy to use
• On-premises or web-based

One software workstation is planned. MS Windows 10 will be used.
