City administration seeks software for a real estate directory

For our city administration, department for location promotion, we would like to act as a link between property owners and entrepreneurs to gain a better overview of the supply of real estate in relation to demand. Vacancy management is also important here. We are therefore looking for suitable database-supported software for internal use.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Recording and management of commercial, office, retail, and restaurant space
• Filter functions, e.g.
• square meters
• accessibility
• location
• amenities, etc.
• Windows compatible
• Local installation preferred

Two software workstations are required.
