Business organization seeks software (groupware software) with knowledge management, seminar management, and DMS

We are a business organization and are looking for software to support a specialist network. The aim is to facilitate, improve, and streamline collaboration between people from different companies on a cross-functional topic.

It should be an "integrated solution" that covers the following areas as far as possible:

• Knowledge management – Who can do what? Profiles of individuals and organizations
• Organize and manage events/training courses ...
• Library – exchange or make available documents and materials
• Support communication and contact between members (email functions, possibly a blog and other Internet-specific forms)
• Manage working groups/project groups (goals, meetings, communication, results)
• Motivate cooperation
• Connection to mobile devices
• Rights management (user roles)
• If possible, hold virtual work meetings
• Multi-client capable

The software must work across companies; the workstations belong to different companies with different IT architectures and systems.

At least 100 workstations are planned, with the option of expansion.
