Business association seeks association software

We are an association of companies with over 400 members and are looking for association software (database for member management, etc.).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Master data management (management of association members, i.e., companies)
• Processing of currently 1,000–1,500 data records
• Invoice creation
• with calculation of various contributions based on different parameters
• Various discounts on contributions
• Form letters and emails (circulars)
• Integration of MS Office applications
• Possible interfaces (e.g., financial accounting)
• It would be advantageous if the solution provider could offer services such as data migration, support, software updates, and customization, etc.
• Migration of data from a private cloud provider (i.e., migration from a cloud)
• It would be advantageous if the new software were also web- or cloud-based, but the tenderer will nevertheless examine whether a local database server should be purchased.
• Generally Windows-compatible
• Generally network-compatible

Seven software workstations are planned, regulated by the assignment of rights, i.e., three employees have full access, while the other four have read-only rights.
