Austrian trade agency seeks address management

We are a wholesale company (jewelry, lifestyle products) and are looking for address management software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Address management for up to approximately 10,000 addresses
• Simple software that checks for duplicates when entering addresses and prevents double entries
• Very important: due to data protection, with rights management down to the individual address (each employee has their own address database; this also applies to freelance employees)
• GDPR-compliant as SaaS or for our own server (external host)
• Interface for data export (.csv is sufficient)
• Support for mobile devices (responsive design) would be an advantage, browser-based

We anticipate three to a maximum of five simultaneous accesses at software workstations.
