Austrian medical device distributor and care service provider seeks process management

We import innovative medical devices and also offer regionally limited 24-hour care for people in need of assistance. We are looking for process management software to support our operations.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Drawing, displaying, planning, and controlling processes
• Audit-proof document management
• Action management
• Risk management
• Complaint management
• Wiki
• Key figure management
• The software must support ISO 13485 (comprehensive quality management system for the design and manufacture of medical devices).

We have ten people working in the central office and currently seven field staff, for a total of 17 users. This number may increase to 25 in the coming years.
