Austrian institution in the health and education sector is looking for a customer database

We are a public institution in the health and education sector and are looking for a customer database. We currently collect participant data for each event using existing event management software. The data can be exported via CSV file. A complete overview is not possible. We need the software we are looking for for our seminars and conferences (events). We have an average of 4,000 external participants in training courses each year.

Specifically, the new database should be able to do the following:

• Display all personal data of participants (name, address, billing address, interests) that we currently collect for each event in a database
• In addition, the history of each participant (where did they participate? at which event (title, date)?) should also be displayable – example: Mr. XXX YYY, address xyz, participated in 3 events (Feed 2021, ABC course 2022....)
• Duplicate check
• It must be possible to import or export this data via CSV file or MS Excel
• Local installation or web-based (but then hosted at least in the EU)

Five to ten software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
