We are an association and are looking for communication software as a collaboration tool. The software would be used in a joint project spanning several years with various project partners in different institutions (a total of approx. 150 companies and organizations). It would be good if the software could be used with group functions similar to those found on social media platforms such as Facebook.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Shared calendar
  • Simultaneous editing of documents
  • Shared file storage
  • Compliance with the GDPR
  • “External” users should be able to be included for individual topics and groups
  • Should be browser-based
  • Optional use on mobile devices (app)

Approximately 30 software workstations are planned.
