We are an architecture/engineering firm in southern Germany specializing in planning and are looking for conversion software.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Invoices created with MS Word must be converted to ZUGFeRD* invoices, or
  • MS Word invoices should be converted into PDF/A-3 invoices with embedded XML files
  • The “new” invoices must be suitable for long-term archiving
  • Audit-proof
  • Printable
  • Local installation or web-based

One software workstation is planned. The work will be carried out using an MS Windows system.
