Alternative practitioner seeks booking software

I am a naturopath and am looking for booking software. I have different sources of income - cash receipts, fees, commissions. My work as a naturopath is secondary; my main occupation is teaching. I have several tax ID numbers - some are subject to sales tax, while others are exempt. I am hoping that the software I am looking for will allow me to bundle my tax numbers and process them with just one application.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Advance VAT returns
• Income surplus calculation
• Profit and loss statement (P&L)
• Consideration of different sales tax rates (Austria)
• Interface to ELSTER
• Optional income tax return
• Multi-client capable
• On premises or cloud

One software workstation is planned. The system used is macOS.
