Accounting firm seeks payroll software, including construction payroll

I am looking for a multi-client payroll program, including construction payroll, for my accounting firm in northern Germany. I currently serve 20 clients in various industries, such as construction, the restaurant industry, and security firms. 

The software I am seeking should meet the following requirements, among others:

• Part-time or multiple employment
• Payroll tax advance returns
• Sales tax advance returns
• Social security fund approval
• Payroll accounting
• Construction industry payroll

• Supplementary pension funds
• ELStAM
• DATEV interface
• Interface to existing payroll software, API interface if applicable
• ELSTER interface
• Multi-client capable
• On-premises preferred
• Optional migration or transfer of (master) data from the legacy system

One software workstation is planned. The system will run on an MS Windows 11 system.
