We are an academy (public institution) in southern Germany and are looking for facility management software. We have six buildings on campus and currently around 900 students.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Maintenance planning for external companies and maintenance to be carried out in-house
  • Management of maintenance contracts
  • Maintenance planning for technical systems
  • Logging of heating and room temperatures
  • Standard facility management – preferably with software instructions
  • On-premises preferred

Two to three software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.

The software should have the following functions.
