SUNGATE offers functions for all tasks of a window manufacturing company, such as order entry, quotation calculation, warehouse management and the billing of subcontractors. In addition, with the module for production control and the new production control system, almost all production machines and processing types can be controlled.
The program has parts lists in a modular system, which allows the quick assignment of components for all window types. This enables rapid and comprehensive scheduling and basic costing down to the smallest units, even for free special designs.
To enable you to process your service and follow-up orders even more efficiently, the order tracking module has been designed. This allows you to see the order status at a glance and know what has already been completed by the customer service employee.
SUNGATE paves the way to paperless manufacturing: From now on, you will receive true-to-scale drawings and relevant information directly on your workstation screen. This saves walking and protects the environment. All documents are stored securely and clearly in the integrated document management system.
The user-friendly software can be used internationally and scores with its distinctive multilingualism. It is currently available in German, English, Spanish, Turkish, Greek, Swedish and Chinese. Other languages can be requested and implemented at short notice.
