The risk management module of the Schleupen GRC platform supports companies in the systematic identification, analysis, evaluation and management of risks. It creates transparency about the company-wide risk situation and forms a reliable basis for well-founded strategic and operational decisions.
As an integral part of the Schleupen GRC platform, the module is audit-proof, scalable and seamlessly linked to other GRC disciplines such as compliance, internal control system, ESG or ISMS.
Risk management is aligned with established standards such as ISO 31000, IDW PS 340 n. F. and COSO ERM and supports organizations not only in documenting risks, but also in actively and proactively managing them.
Risks can be recorded using freely configurable risk categories, mandatory risks, sample risks, reporting systems or structured questionnaires. This supports both top-down and bottom-up approaches and allows risks to be documented uniformly throughout the organization.
The module supports qualitative and quantitative assessment methods. Assessment models, risk types and assessment dimensions can be individually adapted to the maturity level and requirements of the company - for example for strategic, operational, compliance or ESG risks.
Scenario analyses, heat maps and Monte Carlo simulations are used to transparently illustrate the potential impact of risks. This allows risk concentrations to be identified and decision-making options to be evaluated on a sound basis.
Risks and opportunities can be recorded and evaluated together. This creates a balanced picture of uncertainties and potentials and provides better support for strategic decisions.
Risks are directly linked to measures. Automated reminders, status tracking and audit-proof historization support the timely implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of measures.
Meaningful dashboards and reports provide a consolidated overview of risks, action statuses and developments at all times. The shared database ensures consistent, audit-proof information for management and supervision.
