Kendox InfoShare is a DMS/ECM platform that allows you to centralize and control electronic documents, e-mails, information, digital files and document-related processes. Instead of distributing content in isolated solutions, you bundle all company-relevant information in one place and make it available in the appropriate business context - in the Windows client, web client, mobile or directly from specialist applications (e.g. ERP).
The platform supports an end-to-end document lifecycle: capture, manage, automate, archive, integrate and access from any location. To get started with digitization, you can use InfoShare SCAN to automatically capture paper documents, separate them as required, classify and index them (automatically or manually) and store them in a structured manner. Optionally, header data can be read from forms (FormsLight) so that documents can be specifically assigned to the appropriate business process. With InfoShare COLD, you can process document batches and spool files, separate/classify/index them and convert them into archive formats (e.g. PDF) if required. InfoShare BATCH enables automated, batch-oriented mass import into an audit-proof filing system and supports definable processing steps for each document batch.
Freely configurable digital files and dossiers (e.g. personnel, contract, customer/supplier files) and flexible metadata management ensure order and fast searches. This means that documents and processes are traceable across all locations, clearly versioned and transparently accessible at all times - with approval and release processes if required.
Open API with a wide range of functions (around 400 REST/JSON functions) for individual integrations
Flexible operation as a cloud service or on-prem - including "InfoShare as a Service" for outsourcing archive operation.
Microsoft integration: access from Teams, automation via certified Power Automate connector and Office/Outlook integration (incl. template/text module approach) for archiving and searches.
