The electronic product catalog for medical products is a specialization of the Katwerk catalog software that can be used to create individual catalogs for the sale of medical products. After selecting the product categories or individual products, a catalog is generated in PDF format that can be forwarded immediately to customers, wholesalers, sales staff or the print shop.
The basis is a central product database on the Internet, in which all products are managed together with associated information such as descriptions, prices, materials, images and data sheets. The database is protected against unauthorized access at all times. The product data is always up to date and includes new products and price changes. In addition to the completeness of the data, duplicate data entries can be avoided. The software generates an attractive catalog in the company's individual design from the uniform data in the product database.
In the catalog, individual products (bulk no.) or product sets (sterile no.) can be displayed in different layout variants (lists, 1-column, 2-column, with or without price, etc.). The product description and the user interface are multilingual and can be switched as required. Brochures and price lists can also be created according to your layout specifications.
The product ranges can be adapted to individual sales channels, e.g. by country, region, etc... For example, if you select the "Germany" distribution channel, only the products and product categories listed in Germany will be displayed for catalog creation.
The web-based administration interface can be used to set sales channels, prices and languages for the respective users of the electronic product catalog. This allows different responsibilities to be mapped, for example.
