DEIN RAUM is a desk-sharing software that allows you to organize hybrid work in a structured way and reliably manage flexible working environments. Employees book workstations, conference rooms or parking spaces digitally - conveniently via smartphone, tablet or desktop. Instead of fixed assignments, you can create clear rules, transparency and a predictable presence in the office without restricting the flexibility of modern working models.
The focus is on intuitive booking via floor plan views or lists: available spaces are visible, time slots can be selected flexibly (even for several days), and personal favorites speed up recurring bookings. To help you maintain an overview, DEIN RAUM offers a daily and weekly overview in which attendances can be filtered by location, department or group. In addition, employees can display statuses such as "elsewhere" (e.g. home office, external appointment) - helpful for team coordination and daily collaboration.
For administrators, DEIN RAUM supports a role and authorization concept, department assignments and rules for the use of certain areas or resources. If required, you can activate functions such as check-in, anonymous booking (for more privacy) or evaluations of space utilization in order to optimize office space and resources based on data. Integrations also play a key role: for example, booking can be embedded in existing workflows - for example via Microsoft Teams or an Outlook add-in. Digital door signs/room displays that show occupancy in real time can also be used for professional room organization.
