The software abylon LOGON is a comfortable solution for Windows logon. For this purpose, a smart card with the Windows logon data is learned as a hardware key (security token), for example, which will serve as a key for logging on to the computer in the future. Optionally, the hardware key can be protected with an individual password. To log off or spear the computer, only the removal of the hardware key is required. Thus, the computer will be locked quickly and without much effort when leaving the workplace.
In addition to the Windows logon, abylon LOGON SSO Home also offers the automatic logon to password protected programs and services. The software abylon LOGON SSO Home recognizes independently new password dialogs of many APPs. After the one-time input of the logged in, the APPs will be operated and opened automatically in the future. Technically, a general support of all third-party programs is not possible. Before use, abylon LOGON should be checked for compatibility with the customer's APPs.
The version abylon LOGON SSO Home is limited to one account and for non-commercial use.
The software abylon LOGON SSO Pro manages and administrates complex passwords for different applications. In addition to the Windows login, the software recognizes password protected applications or online accounts and automatically logs in the owners with the correct credentials. This increases protection against keyloggers and phishing attacks. The use of hardware keys prevents individual users from gaining possession of the secret login data. In addition, a special software procedure for blocking keyboard and mouse input prevents the redirection of login data and thus prevents spying.
