We are a North German company operating in the international wholesale sector. Our product range includes dietary supplements, drugstore items, and cleaning products. However, the merchandise management system we currently use lacks certain functions, and we would like to switch to a new one. In addition to the standard functions of merchandise management software, the following functions are also important to us:

Ordering

  • EDI interface to manufacturers
  • Partial invoicing (partial invoice for items already delivered)
  • Store supplier invoices upon receipt of goods

Billing

  • Partial invoicing (partial invoice)
  • DATEV interface
  • Online banking connection
  • Bilingual German and English - Invoice/pro forma and delivery note
  • Different tax rates (domestic, EU, third country)
  • Storage of the name of the purchaser (for a company with multiple purchasers)

Merchandise management

  • Import products with CSV and import article price and EAN changes
  • Import products by manufacturer and product groups
  • Store the supplier with the respective prices and minimum turnover behind the products
  • Create multiple sales prices behind an article (customer-related)
  • Create standard delivery addresses behind the customers
  • Store EAN, and customs tariff numbers behind the items
  • Batch recording
  • PU quantities behind the items
  • Delivery dates behind the orders and purchase orders

Administration

  • Commission settlement for sales representatives
  • Rights management for employees
  • Server installation
  • Automatic document dispatch by email/PDF (with selection of prepayment, payment term, down payment, e.g., 30%)
  • Customer credit checks
  • Free document design
  • UPS interface

Three to four software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
