Wholesaler (cleaning products) seeks warehouse management system

We are a wholesale cleaning products company and are looking for a warehouse management system for our more than 30,000 different items in stock. We have two warehouses in different locations. One is approximately 2,500 square meters on three levels. It is used for floor storage with pallets, plus a small manual storage area. The other warehouse is approx. 1,500 square meters, also on 3 levels, and is only used for manual storage. Our product range is constantly being updated.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Warehouse control station
• Goods receipt
• Order picking with route optimization
• Goods issue (packages ready for shipment)
• Storage space optimization
• Paperless processing of work in the warehouse using scanner technology (barcodes)
• Processing of parts lists used for finishing products in the warehouse
• Multi-warehouse capable
• In principle, as a supplement or extension to MS Dynamics AX

Ten to twelve software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
