Well-known retail chain seeks contract management software

We are a well-known retail chain and are looking for contract generation software that allows us to make predefined text content and format templates available to a large group of users.

The software should at least be able to do the following:

• Create standard contracts easily
• Text content should be easy to update
• A central location should have control over the master data
• Multiple users should be able to use the software at the same time

If possible, the program should be compatible with standard Microsoft applications.

No further requirements are known at this time.

We can only estimate the number of users and assume a maximum of 100.
