Web agency seeks industry solution with a focus on CRM

We are a growing web agency and are looking for a suitable industry solution for us and for the companies in our office community (management consultants, advertising agency) with the following requirements:

• CRM (customer management is our main focus)
• Appointment management
• Project management
• File storage
• User management
• Email with synchronization, e.g., Outlook and similar programs
• Invoicing (invoices with detailed partial invoices), quotes, order processing
• Accounting or DATEV interface
• Web-based (it should also work with different systems: Windows PCs, iOS, Android)

Ideally, the following should be included or can be mapped optionally:

• Option to manage articles (small merchandise management system)
• Interface to a database, e.g., online shop
• Internal chat (could also be implemented separately by us)
• Seminar planning (simple seminar planning, which could also be covered by the above-mentioned project management)

The software should not only be used by us, but also by the companies in our office community. It is also important to be able to access the same customer base, appointment management, etc.

The existing data (customers, projects, etc.) should be transferred.

Initially, approximately 10 software workstations are planned. In addition, there will be home office and mobile devices.
