Vacation rental agency seeks accounting and invoicing software

We are a vacation rental agency and are looking for accounting and invoicing software. We work with a channel manager who provides us with monthly agent statements.

The following requirements should be met:

• Create invoices (for guests, e.g., additional laundry package, for owners)
• Create credit notes (for owners, e.g., guest room rates)
• Option to link invoices and credit notes in the statements (assign items individually)
• Scan invoices, receipts, etc. (APP if necessary)
• Data entry: customers, guests, items or item groups (e.g., laundry, drinks, breakfast)
• Interface to the tax advisor
• Web-based if possible, as MS Windows and Mac OS are used
• Good support would be important
• Inventory lists are not necessary at this time
• Demo version for testing

One software workstation is planned.
