University of applied sciences seeks software for managing accommodation (similar to student halls of residence)

We are a university of applied sciences in Saxony-Anhalt and offer our students and trainees who complete block courses with us accommodation in the form of single and double rooms and residential units in several buildings on the campus. We need software that allows us to manage the rooms (approx. +/- 150).

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Management of tenant master data
• Interface, e.g., to be able to print rental agreements in Word with the master data entered
• Possible later integration of key management
• Occupancy plan (block teaching!)
• No utility billing required
• Possible inventory, as the rooms are furnished
• Windows compatible

Approximately three software workstations are planned.
