Tourism and travel service provider seeks comprehensive tour operator software as an online booking and portal system

We are a tourism and travel service provider and are looking for an IBE (internet booking engine) with front, middle, and back office, plus a fulfillment module with direct collection and a complete CRM module and accounting.

Furthermore, the solution should meet the following requirements:

• Product offerings worldwide (hotels, flights, events, restaurants, transfers) - 90% third-party products, 10% own products
• Booking process through to successful booking, including ancillary products (e.g., insurance)
• Direct collection (Klarna, direct debit, credit cards, etc.)
• Creation of customer documents (confirmations, reservations, travel documents, etc.) - with dispatch
• Travel accounting
• IBE and homepage (website) on one portal
• Customer accounts with logins
• Windows-compatible
• Support for responsive design
