Our travel company mainly plans and organizes motorcycle tours. For our event trips, we purchase hotel rooms from many sources at a very early stage. We want to make optimum use of these rooms. To avoid having empty rooms, we need software to optimize occupancy planning.
We would also like to use this software to calculate room rates. The aim is to take room prices, daily prices or prices for a period directly from the occupancy tool.
I can also imagine that we could use it to manage other services, e.g. admission tickets, grandstand seats, rental cars, etc.
The software should be web-based.
