Temporary employment and recruitment agency seeks software for placing employees with employers

We are looking for employee placement software for employers for our company in the “temporary work - temporary staffing - recruitment” industry. The software will initially be used for the German and European labor market.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Establish a link between the employer's data with job descriptions of open positions and the information provided by job seekers (similar to a dating service, which is subject to a fee for both users)
• Click procedure by checking boxes
• Use on all possible digital media to match as many employers as possible with the applicant profiles based on your job details and job requirements. This generates targeted, long-term temporary employment and achieves a high success rate in job placement.
• Optional interfaces to employment agencies and other platforms such as Monster, Indeed, eBay Jobs, etc.
• Ideally web-based, but not essential

Three software workstations are currently planned.
