Temporary employment agency (in the process of being established) seeks a database for personnel scheduling

With my temporary employment agency, which is currently being established, I will be supporting the catering industry and am looking for a database for personnel scheduling for this purpose.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Manage personnel, e.g., be able to enter comments on the strengths of the employee
• Enter customers, i.e., caterers
• If necessary, additional fields with direct visibility, e.g., desired number of staff
• Schedule personnel for orders

Two, and later a maximum of five, software workstations are planned.
