Swiss trading and manufacturing company seeks complaints and grievance management

We are a Swiss trading and manufacturing company and are looking for a complaint and grievance management system. It is still unclear whether the software will only be used for customer complaints or also for internal complaint processes.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Email notification when a complaint is assigned

• Document attachments
• Version control or history
• Dashboard per user with overview of tasks
• Advanced search options
• Evaluation options or BI tool
• Master data management or connection to existing ERP system
• Workflow management
• Online or mobile recording of complaints (multi-channel)
• Option for cloud-based solution
• Wiki or knowledge base functionality

Approximately 50 users are planned, the majority of whom will be complaint loggers.
