Swiss personnel consulting company (including headhunting) is looking for software for applicant management and recruiting.

We are a small personnel consulting firm (including headhunting) based in Switzerland. We focus on personnel placement and executive search in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. We are looking for a software solution that suits our needs.

This software should include the following features:

• Clear presentation:
• of candidate information (photo, personal details, education, professional experience, candidate profiles) on one page (preferably without having to scroll too much)
• with the option to save (preferably automatically) on the same page so that it can be opened quickly
• with a history of telephone contacts or emails (also preferably automated and assigned to the respective candidate)
• Exportable or printable would be great
• Very good search functions (e.g., by indications or groups) and categorization
• Reasonable backup solution so that we do not lose candidate information if something should happen to the system
• Service/support if we have questions

Note: We do not need ad placement, mass emails, or access options for candidates.

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned.
