Swiss industrial company in the medical sector seeks laboratory software

We are an industrial company in the medical sector and are looking for laboratory software. We are building a laboratory for the development of electrodes. If possible, all analysis devices, results, measured values, room data, recipes, and process parameters should be stored, displayed, and edited locally. It is a research laboratory; there are no customers in the traditional sense. Our company complies with the ISO 9001 standard. However, all processes are already designed to comply with ISO 13485.

Design of experiments (DoE) software is required as secondary software (if not integrated into the laboratory software).

The software should meet the following additional requirements:

• All processes must be documented.
• It should be used as an interface to the measuring devices and process data.
• It should be installable on a server and made available to the respective PCs.
• The data should be accessible and editable from the normal workstation.
• Interfaces to other SQL databases, Jira, Confluence, or even Phoenix would be desirable.
• Windows-compatible

Tasks and process descriptions are handled with Jira and Confluence and do not need to be included.

Two workstations are planned in the lab itself and additional ones are connected via software. Maximum of five licenses.
