We offer a wide range of services in the field of civil engineering and mechanical earthmoving and are looking for software to create quotes and invoices. The software should have a specific interface so that we can import the service specifications sent to us by architects, add to them if necessary, and later convert them into one or more invoices.
It should be possible to issue progress and final invoices, which, after the total gross amount excluding VAT, allow for various percentage deductions (discounts, cash discounts, general construction deductions, construction insurance, retention, etc.) as well as deductions for progress payments already made. In addition, it should be possible to freely adjust and correct the invoices.
One to two software workstations are planned.
