Stationary day care facility (including own transport service) seeks industry-specific software

We are a stationary day care facility for 35 seniors (including our own transport service) and are looking for an industry-specific software solution.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Master data management (customers, prospects, staff, suppliers, etc.)
• Tracking of inquiries and prospects
• Creation of care contracts
• Care documentation in the simplest form via PC or tablet
• Transport service management (recording, optimal routes, flexible changes in case of spontaneous cancellations or absences)
• Personnel planning (duty rosters, vacation planning, etc.)
• Time recording (including hourly billing as well as vacation and overtime accounts)
• Service recording and documentation per day guest (in a clear table format)
• Invoicing for care and transportation services (separated into private/insurance/county, including service records and direct data transfer to insurance companies)
• Open item management/dunning process
• A comprehensive program in a data network (no double data entry!)

Approximately 4-5 workstations are planned.
