Southern German community seeks event management

We are a community in southern Germany and are looking for an event management system to organize and administer our new community center and event venue.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Scheduling
• Event technology (some of which is already available and some of which will be booked or rented)
• Seating (caretaker has access to information for preparations, e.g., date, hall 1, 50 chairs)
• Technical requirements (with whom, what, how long booked)
• Room booking (e.g., hall, foyer, restaurant)
• Invoicing (different prices, deposit)
• Checklists
• Participant coordination (how many people, when)
• Calendar view showing all booked events (who has booked which room for how many people and when)
• Access rights
• On-premises or web-based

Two to three software workstations or users are planned.
