Software sought for project-oriented deployment planning of construction site personnel (approx. 100 users)

We are a global engineering company and are looking for software for project-oriented resource planning for construction site personnel. The projects are comparable to medium-sized construction sites with approximately 20 constantly changing construction site personnel per project.

The aim is to schedule and manage work groups, project teams, and projects.

We have the following requirements:

• User-friendly
• Simultaneous, joint processing globally by the branches, not just individual workstations
• Definition of authorization levels – write, read
• Selective data access (project information, personnel information)!
• Visual, graphical overview of information
• Calendar view for several months, at least 6, zoomable
• Management of constantly changing project teams, at least 600 people, and projects, at least 40
• Display of start and end times of employee shifts, project durations
• Display of employee assignments to individual projects
• Project data: machine type, technical data, assembly data/dates
• Assignment of qualifications, e.g., electrician, mechanic, crane operator license, SCC training, welding certificates, CV
