Software sought for monitoring production times and capacity planning in production

We are an electrical engineering company (e.g., transformer stations, cabinet distributors). From planning to the finished connection, our customers receive complete solutions from a single source. To optimize our project-related manufacturing, we are looking for software to monitor production times and capacity planning in production.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Mapping of two different number ranges
• Target/actual comparison (projects, time, employees)
• Project recording
• Usable for employee capacity planning
• Times should be measured per item or manufactured station
• Production takes place at different production stations with different employees and, in some cases, at the customer's site
• If possible, also as a replacement for our general time recording solution, then also with hardware (fixed station, e.g., terminal and for field service via mobile device)
• Interface to the existing SAP solution
• On-premises or web-based

Approximately 45-60 software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
