Software solution sought for digital personnel files for a social institution

We are a social institution (non-profit association) that cares for homeless children and their mothers. To support our human resources department, we are looking for software to introduce “digital personnel files.”

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Digitization of personnel files for 40 to 50 employees
• Ability to store documents
• Ability to store individual information
• Vacation planning and payroll tools are NOT required
• Possible Datev interface for transferring data to the tax advisor
• Cloud-based software would be ideal, as we have several locations
• As we are a non-profit association, it is important to keep an eye on costs
• Easy to use
